• Kirsty & John taken at Crathorne Hall, Yarm.

My wedding photography is a blend of the traditional as seen here, to the more journalistic style as you will see in the up-coming slides.

  • Sven & Verity at Northallerton Methodist Church

The confetti shot is one often asked for and with the help of the guests it can turn out like this. I love these shots! Sven & verity went on to have their wedding breakfast at Romanby Golf Club...

  • Kirsty & "the boys" at Crathorne Hall, Yarm

Definitely, not the "traditional" style here! I love the fact that everyone involved was really up for something that little bit different!

Is this you???

Do you want your North Yorkshire wedding photography to be relaxed, informal and document your wedding day?

Are you nervous about having your photo taken?

Are you sick & tired of hearing “Smile!” or “Say cheese”?

Do you want your photographer to stay after the 1st dance?

Do you want actual prints you can handle, alongside a CD?

Do you want a personalised contemporary storybook of your special day?

Hi…!!!My name is Mark (the one in the middle!)

If you answered YES to any of the questions…you’re in the right place.  I remember how hard it was to choose the ideal photographer!

When I helped my wife plan our wedding in 1999…before I became a wedding photographer…we only had a choice of a couple of photographers, now there are many.  My wife Sarah and I received the traditional 30 prints in an album.  I don’t even look at them now without cringing; I can’t let any of my brides EVER feel like that!

There’s nothing worse when you think back to your special day and you cringe.  It doesn’t have to be like that.

You CAN have relaxed, informal wedding photography without being dictated to by your photographer…that leaves you and your guests saying “Wow! How relaxed was that photographer!”

My own wedding photography experience inspired me to become a wedding photographer.  I want every bride to relax, enjoy their day with family and friends, fully confident that her photography will be contemporary, capture the emotion of the day and RELAXED!  Since 2010 I have grown from a Northallerton Wedding photographer into a North Yorkshire wedding photographer and beyond…photographing weddings in Yorkshire, Cleveland and County Durham.
